• Content Upgrade & Repurposing: Transforming underutilized content (e.g., blog posts, guidelines, SOP's) into lead-generation materials like eBooks, infographics, and guides.

We serve clients globally with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and operational improvement.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of a company or organization.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and consultation.

• Use our services only for lawful purposes.

• Not copy, resell, or misuse our intellectual property or automation scripts/workflows.

4. Payment & Billing

Certain services, such as consultancy, digital deliverables, or custom automations, may require payment. Specific terms (pricing, milestones, payment methods) will be outlined in individual client agreements or invoices.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, documents, automation workflows, and materials created or provided by Eco2Lead are of the customers. Eco2lead reserves the right to reuse any template, software, automation, and work, after being customized for other customers.

6. Client-Provided Data & Confidentiality

Eco2Lead maintains strict confidentiality for all sensitive business data shared by clients. We will not disclose client information without consent, except as required by law or regulation.

7. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Our services may involve third-party tools to accomplish the service provided. Eco2Lead is not liable for disruptions or limitations originating from these external platforms. Usage of these tools is subject to the respective provider’s terms and conditions. Eco2lead in some instances will assist the customer with platform onboarding for own cost transparency, data privacy, and reliability.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eco2Lead shall not be liable for:

• Losses incurred due to delays, automation errors, or reliance on repurposed content.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services (partially or fully) at any time with notice. We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Curaçao.

11. Changes to These Terms

Eco2Lead may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
